Steppies Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Steppies app, provided by Isaac Consultants LLC. By downloading or using Steppies, you agree to these Terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”), which also applies to your use of the app. If you do not agree, do not use Steppies.

About Steppies

Steppies is a simple step-counting app for iPhone and Apple Watch. With your permission, it uses Apple HealthKit and Apple's Core Motion framework to display your step history, widgets, and related activity information. Steppies is for general informational and fitness purposes only and is not a medical device or emergency service.

License

Subject to these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Steppies on Apple devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use.

Health Disclaimer

Information displayed by Steppies may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Do not rely on the app for medical decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical or fitness concerns.

Pricing

Steppies is currently free and does not contain in-app purchases or subscriptions. If paid features are introduced in a future version, they will be processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment and refund policies, and these Terms and the App Store listing will be updated accordingly.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it unlawfully.

Intellectual Property

Steppies, including its software, design, graphics, widgets, branding, and content, is owned by Isaac Consultants LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Steppies is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Isaac Consultants LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Steppies.

Availability

We may update, modify, improve, or discontinue Steppies or portions of the app at any time.

Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
